Does AFM offer qualifications?

Yes. AFM offers qualification courses registered on the National Qualifications Framework Levels 5 - 6. Refer to the qualifications section of this website for more detail.

What about customised courses?

AFM does offer non unit standard-based (in other words, not registered with the South African Qualification Authority) customised courses, skills programmes and workshops tailored to suit the needs of the client. Does AFM have any Seta accreditations?

Yes. AFM is accredited by the BankSeta. Our accreditation number is 557 022. You can visit the BankSeta website on www.bankseta.org.za

What about international comparison?

AFM's material is outcomes-based and is comparable to international standards. Various training courses. Various AFM courses are used as preparation for international qualifications such as the CFA. AFM has also run successful training courses internationally.

Are AFM's courses known and accepted in the financial industry?

What format does the training take?

We offer three different formats of training, based on the requirements of the client.

What is the duration and cost of the course?

Qualifications normally run for one year. Skills programmes may differ in their duration. Refer to the timetable and costs section of this website for more information.
